The 3rd Annual GLPOA Smelt Fry is a big success!
On a beautiful Saturday afternoon in June, over 220 people attended the annual GLPOA Smelt Fry at the Sands on Golden Lake. This is quite an increase over last year’s attendance, which was just over 150. The food was great, as was the entertainment. Best of all, folks from around the lake and outside the region had a chance to socialize with each other for a wonderful afternoon of fun and friendship. Cheers to all, and we’ll see you back next year for more delicious smelt!
